Question: How much does it cost? 

Answer: A$2,800 +10% GST for Australian residents = A$2,980.

Question: How do we pay? I worry about using my credit card on the internet. 

Answer: Most people pay by credit card and the site is secure.  Australian Banking regulations are very protective for Merchant Services. 

You can use also PayPal and this is most suitable for international clients.  If you want to post a cheque this does need to be done earlier so that the cheque can clear in time to start the training on time.  Direct deposit can also be arranged.  Or you can Fax you’re your details to my office 61 8 8311 5233

Question: How does the training work?

Answer: You receive a written chapter of your workbook each week plus any other files you need.  You also receive MP3 audio files where I talk you through the chapter.  In some cases you will get videos and we will be discussing the use of video.  The presentation will be varied to give you experience of a variety of formats so you can choose the most suitable media for your own training programs. 

Some people learn best by reading and some by listening so we provide both.  We all learn by doing and by teaching the rest of their workforce si I deliberately give you a variety. 

The workbook and audio files should be saved to your disk and can be used when you train others in your office.  Then you also have 12 teleconference coaching and problem solving sessions.

Question: What happens each week? 

Answer: Each week you receive an email with links you can click on to download the materials you need.  This is usually on Fridays then the following Tuesday there is a teleconference.  These times sometimes vary by agreement.

Where there are international participants, the sessions will vary in time to take account of waking time in the countries of all members of the group.  I know from painful experience that I do not learn effectively at 2am!

Question: We have a group of us from a special interest group.  Can we work together on our own? 

Answer: Provided that you have a minimum of 4 participants we can do this and also choose times that suit your group.

Question: We want to know more about the teleconferences. 

Answer: These are held weekly and you are given a phone number for each capital city.  International people phone a Sydney 02 number.  The teleconferences take approximately 60 minutes and I record these and email the audio file within the next 2 days, usually sooner.  I do ask you not to use VOIP for the calls as it can become very noisy and hard to hear and I want the calls to be live, not muted so they are interactive and you are fully involved

Question: How much work do we need to do in our business?

Answer: This is very variable.  If you already have a product you have less work to do than if you are identifying a product area and building the product from scratch.

Question: What happens if something comes up and we need to drop out for a while? 

Answer: That is very easy.  You just slot into a later course and finish off then.

Question: I have a really poor internet connection, how can this work for me? 

Answer: Let me know, either by phone or email before the course starts and I will post you a CD with all the files you need including the audio files.  International clients need to give the mail time to arrive.

Question: I may not be able to get to all the teleconferences. What happens if I miss out?

Answer: Because all the calls are recorded, you will get the recording within 2 days and possibly sooner.

Question: Who is this training really suitable for?

Answer: Online Jeanie is ideal for people who want to work from home effectively in their own business.  You may be a “stay at home” mum, a “baby boomer” wanting ongoing income beyond your super or pension, a consultants or sole service providers who wants to leverage your time.

Question: I am not a computer “whizz” – will I be able to cope?

Answer: YES - Online Jeanie assumes a basic knowledge of normal word processing and helps you with the other skills you will learn.

Question: Do you offer a guarantee?

Answer: YES and here it is!  I guarantee to teach you how to deliver your money making training automatically so that you can effectively leverage your time and your knowledge. You will obviously need to put more work than this into running your business.  If you can honestly say that you have implemented all my training and strategies and none of it has worked I will happily give you your money back.  I am completely confident to offer this guarantee because no-one has EVER asked me for their money back.  PLUS if for some reason you have to drop out part way though, you can slot into the next available training course.
